Title: Systems Administrator/Support Technician

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to perform technical support and systems administration in a PC/Microsoft/Mac/Apple environment at both customer and corporate locations.
Duties: (include but are not limited to)
Must have a customer oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Team player able to work well in small-office environment.
Travel to off site client locations in Greater Washington, DC area. Should expect occasional after-hours work to respond to emergencies.
Good verbal and writing skills. Strong problem solver and "can do" approach.
Specific experience with systems administration of windows/mac based hardware and software.
College Degree or equivalent IT experience desirable. Will consider current undergraduates in relevant major.

This is a full time employee position.
